Waterman

Waterman is a student film set in contemporary Cornwall with a timeless aesthetic.

Centered around the character of Sam, and how his father, Harry’s untimely death shaped his cynical view on fatherhood. This strains his relationship with his newly pregnant wife, Sarah.

Their typical date night is derailed by the news of Sarah’s pregnancy, resulting in an argument once they return home. Needing time to think Sam fishes by a lake, where he is visited by a mysterious, yet familiar man who gives him some fatherly advice. 

 

This film also involved several photo shoots for set dressing.
